Why HomeFAQs.Net exists:
1st of all, I'm a Realtor. I (try to!) earn a living by helping people buy or sell homes. What I have of value is information & resources. I know a lot about buying homes. For sellers, I know how to find buyers. I know what to do, and what not to do. When problems crop up, or difficulties arise, I take care of them (I either know how to solve them, or know who can). I know what needs to be done, by who, & when.
But there's something of the teacher in me. Or maybe a coach. Whatever it is, what gives me the biggest return, my daily "kick", is passing on what I know, in a useful way, so that someone - you? - benefits.
Buying or selling homes is work. But it is exciting, enjoyable, even fun, and the results can be just what you want them to be. My objective is to make those things happen for everyone looking to buy or sell a home. But I don't know every home buyer or seller. And I'm not available 24 hours a day to help even those I do.
This site is my attempt to make up for those shortcomings (!) by providing answers to the most common questions, as well as the opportunity for you to ask your specific questions and receive personalized replies, and to do this 24 hours a day every day.
Please write to me and let me know if this site helps you, and how I can make it better.
